Newsletter: when you sign up, we collect the first name and email address you provide and use them to send release news, bonus content, and vault passwords. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Delivery and storage are handled by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania/EU) as our processor.

Contact form: we collect the name, email, and message you submit, solely to answer your enquiry. Submissions are transmitted through Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) as our processor, so your message is processed on servers in the USA (transfer based on your consent, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You may email us directly instead — see our contact page.

Analytics: we use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that we self-host on our own server. It records only aggregate, non-identifying usage and sets no cookies and no cross-site trackers.

Hosting & logs: the site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/EU), which processes standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We never sell your personal data, and our processors act only on our instructions. Retention: newsletter data until you unsubscribe; contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request; server logs only briefly.

Your rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. To exercise them, email privacy@tachitobianco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
